Product Description
Lucky-Kitty Low Voltage Pump w. PSU (UK-Plug) You can order separately this high-quality special pump used in the Lucky-Kitty cat drinking fountain.
This Lucky-Kitty replacement pump can also be utilized with other cat drinking fountains or indoor fountains that are not equipped with such high-quality pumps. A second pump is handy while the other is undergoing cleaning or decalcification, ensuring no waiting time for your pets.
The pump is exceptionally safe due to its low-voltage technology (only 12 volts). The power consumption is just 2 watts. It is supplied with a silicone tube (free of plasticizers), power supply, elbow fitting, and a cleaning manual. We recommend reading the cleaning manual before setup to ensure the pump operates quietly and lasts a long time.
- Power of the pump: Only 2 watts at 12 volts
- Very quiet operation
- Designed for continuous use
- Nearly wear-free due to its solenoid-operating rotor
- Easy to disassemble and quick to clean with a flick of the wrist
- Extra-long, white cable: 1.75 m, connected to the power supply by a plug
- Stable support by 3 strong adhesive rubber feet
- Safety ensured by low-voltage technology
(Note: Responding to customer feedback, we have transitioned to low-voltage technology meaning the power supply steps down the voltage so that only harmless 12 volts flow through the cable—even if your cat chews the cable, the most they’ll feel is a slight tingle.)
Additional Advice from Our Customer Service: Before ordering a new pump because the old one "no longer works," please remember to clean it thoroughly as per the manual at least once a week. Open the pump on one side, remove the small propeller, and clean the "propeller bearing bush" diligently. This maintenance ensures you and your cat can enjoy a quietly running pump for a long time. In areas with hard water, it's advisable to descale the pump regularly, use an appropriate filter, or switch to inexpensive, still water from discounters. Up to 99% of "non-working" pumps will function again once thoroughly cleaned as per the guidelines—you can find how to do this on our "operation & cleaning" page.
