With the subscription, you receive your products automatically at the delivery interval you choose – without any manual reordering. Your payments and deliveries are carried out regularly and reliably, e.g. monthly or every 3 months. Before each delivery, you will receive a reminder by email. You can flexibly adjust, pause, or cancel the subscription at any time.

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal – as shown in the picture. Only if your subscription requires a certain number of payments, an immediate cancellation is not possible.
You can access the customer portal via the link in the email you received after your first subscription order. Alternatively, you can also create a customer account in the shop and access your subscriptions through it.
In the customer portal, you can skip scheduled deliveries or reschedule them. Next to each scheduled delivery, you will find the button "Skip payment" or "Change appointment".
Yes, you can edit your subscription anytime in the customer portal. Just click on "Edit" in the product section and add new products, remove or change existing ones.
If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription will not be renewed. You will receive an email with a secure link through which you can update your payment information.
